The RDP results framework forms the basis of measurement of results and programme
performance,
whilst articulating the strategic direction for RP in the next few years. Baseline values
determined at
the beginning of the year 2022 form the basis for all progress
measurement and RPD targets were set recognizing the global targets and achievements defined
in various international frameworks.
For UNDP, risk is defined as the effect of uncertainty on organizational objectives, which could be either positive and/or negative.
