Co-funded by the European Union and implemented in partnership with IGAD and UNEP, the project addresses the drivers of vulnerability, conflict and instability, irregular migration and displacement, building resilience in 3 cross-border clusters in the Horn of Africa through improved cross-border coordination and cooperation, strengthening regional policy frameworks and building capacities of communities and local governments to actively engage in development planning.
