The project aims to promote development leadership and the south-south provider role of African countries in the Global arena. The core work in these countries is focusing on creating the SSC ecosystem at national levels, either through the establishment of a coordination unit for SSC, the development of a national strategy for SSC or the undertaking of stocktaking analyses of the national SSC context.
