This programme led by Ministries of Finance aims at supporting the capacity development of African Governments to redirect national plans and budgets towards a low emission and climate resilient development pathway. It will build a culture of Government accountability through enhancing their capabilities to quantify, monitor and report on climate-related public expenditure as well as its impact on reducing vulnerability.
